With a background in handling 10 year structural warranty policy claims, we understand the most crucial and common defects to look out for. We can help you identify major defects which could save you spending alot of money on repairs.

A snagging survey should be commissioned within the first 2 years of purchasing a newly built property as this is when your developer holds the responsibility to remedy defects observed.

We are one of the few professional snagging companies with RICS qualified surveyors with extensive technical knowledge on building regulations and construction technology.

Some of our customers purchase their newly built homes under the Help-to-Buy or Shared Ownership scheme. Homes England request they obtain an RICS valuation when in the process of staircasing or paying off their help-to-buy loan.

As a result of this and due to the growing demand from our clients, we also specialise in providing RICS Help-to-Buy and Shared Ownership valuations.

We also work with landlords to provide RICS Buy-To-Let valuations to ensure they are receiving a return on their investments.
